I can no longer stand lazy ass people at the gym. Especially women!

No, seriously, somebody has gotta say this. why is it that most women are so lazy at the gym? And they be complaining, always, about how they is zero difference in their bodies since the day they started working out. woman, seriously, you have zero dedication! you are always at a fast food joint! you cant even do the cowboy because you think it favors your partner and you want to punish him!

I am really done with women who are always complaining before, during and after workouts! And yet, while the rest are doing their aerobics, pushing their bodies to no limits, you are there “bembelezaing” your body. your attitude is the problem!

Now, i have a seriously problem with women who always ask unbelievable questions like, “hiyo tizi ni ya wapi?” for every damn exercise you carry out. just work out. There is a reason your instructor is making you do it. you are there screaming after two sit ups and you want that tummy to disappear. Okay.

There is this girl who is always dancing and checking out her ass while the rest of us are squatting our asses out – pun intended. but she will be screaming to all and sundry afterwards about how her tummy has not reduced an iota. She will then go ahead and complain to the instructor about how she is wasting money at their place because there is absolutely no change to her body.

some women have been doing aerobics for the past one year and they still weigh the same, look the same. lady please, you should know by now to try something else! most ladies think the gym is just aerobics. You are paying to be there, use those machines, carry those weights, punch that boxing bag and run that treadmill!! wacha kuregarega.!! And don’t be scared to push that body of yours, if only you could set your mind, i tell that that body could do things that even you never knew it could. Dont be scared of the pain AT ALL. Most people tell me this is easier said than done but just try and remove your mind from that pain. let it wander to other things and you will be shocked how hard you can go.

Finally, have a goal. Don’t just be there, at the gym, paying money and having zero targets. Look at how dedicated men are to their workouts, how focused they are! Do multiple researches, and know what exactly you want to do that day before even stepping in the gym. If its arms, abs, shoulders, calves. ass, thighs etc etc, you know the drill..

And you wont have to ask your instructor why that tummy is not “disappearing.”
